Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the item up to two weeks after receiving your order. Only unworn and undamaged items will be taken back in the original packaging with the exception of earrings (in connection with hygiene) and items from the Sale.

Orders without mention of name and order number cannot be processed either. For your return contact us via info@thecoolcollective.nl
Always state your order number, name and the items you want to return. After receiving the items you can expect the return amount on your account within 10 working days

How do I place an order?

Step 1. Place your article(s) in your shoppingbag;
Step 2. If you’re finished shopping, please check your order;
Step 3. Proceed to checkout;
Step 4. Fill in your details and change, if necessary, the delivery address;
Step 5. Choose your payment option (IDEAL, Credit card, Bancontact of PayPal);
Step 6. When all your details are correct, check the General Terms and Conditions for approval and click on "Place order" and you can pay. All mentioned prices include VAT.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. Standard shipping costs are € 3,95 incl. Track & Trace. Our shipping partner for the Netherlands is PostNL and they will deliver to your address between 1-2 working days, with a maximum of 5 working days.

International orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. Standard shipping costs in Europe are € 9,50. Orders will be delivered to your address between 1-5 working days, with a maximum of 5 working days.
